The Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness (SLVCEH) aims to make homelessness rare, brief and non-reoccurring. Our system fosters a community-wide commitment that is both effective and collaborative. The Housing Core Function Group leads the Coalition's efforts to ensure our community has an adequate supply of affordable housing units, rental subsidy and case management.

Leadership of agency strategic development, government grant seeking and implementation, business development and all private fundraising. Served as lead agency point person for primary funders (City, County, Federal and private sources). Led team of 5 (Grants Manager, Communications/PR Manager, Events Manager, Web/Social Media, Volunteer Coordinator). • Raised $14+ million in private funds • Increased annual fund giving 15% year over year from 2013-2015• Oversaw a 40% growth in giving from individuals (annual fund) from FY 2013 to 2014• Successful completion of a three part $10+ million capital campaign (14 bed transitional living home for homeless youth, expansion of a detoxification center, and new construction of a homeless youth resource center).
