I manage a complex team within Amazon Devices that has end-to-end responsibility for the lifecycle of the onsite experience across Amazon Smart Home brands. This includes new product go-to-market, defining onsite positioning and strategy, multi-channel traffic planning, execution and analysis, and onsite optimization through testing, while driving scale across these key areas. I work closely with product, tech, brand, sales, user experience, and research teams to define and align on new launches, roadmaps, and testing initiatives to continuously enhance and create the best experiences for our customers. I own these onsite initiatives across brands that include Amazon, Ring, Blink, and eero, and spans the US, Canada, and Mexico.
