As a Technical Support Advisor, there were many aspects of my job from training, customer service, and technical writing. There was constantly new information to follow and always more updates for devices that we supported to keep in mind all the time. For customer service, I was responsible for taking calls, attaining/verifying customer information, assessing the customer's issues, maintaining the customer's expectations, and appropriately handling the issue presented by the customer. My responsibilities for after the customer's call had ended were to email a summary of what we accomplished and finalize the case notes taken during the call.
