Hi, I’m Zach. I own Galactic Fed, an award-winning growth marketing agency with 120 employees in 20+ countries (as of this writing; we’re growing quickly). Previously I led the Paid Media & Growth Labs team at Toptal, a billion-dollar B2B tech startup.Before that, I worked at Google on the Accelerated Growth Team, helping high-growth advertisers make their campaigns bigger and better on the internet.Outside of marketing, my biggest passion is remote work. I’ve been a “digital nomad” since 2016, traveling full-time and living in 50+ countries. My 20-year professional goal is to expand remote work around the world - I’ve been featured in books, conferences, podcasts, and articles about this topic. As a digital nomad, I’ve met so many incredible, diverse groups of people - interviewing labor organizers in Colombia, sipping tea with Berber nomads in their Moroccan cave homes, eating bánh mì with blind massage therapists in Vietnam, smelling lavender buds with perfume chemists in southern France. I'm also a full-stack software engineer and travel photographer with way too many hobbies. I love building cool things, meeting new people, and seeing all the exciting discoveries changing our world.
