Led and maintained operational and financial reporting for Supply Chain division. Managed the collection, interpretation, and reporting of key end to end Supply Chain and business performance indicators, as well as inventory and sales data, to support senior leadership in both tactical and strategic decision making.

Analyzed over $150MM of annual contract manufacturing activity at 25+ inventory sites. Audited and reconciled over $50MM in inventory across 2000+ SKUs for 3DCs in the US and UK. Ensured Logistics and Purchasing Department related activities were costed to appropriate accounting periods, which allowed for proper Accounting Period closure.

Led the implementation of best practices for inventory control and planning, including a cycle count program and min-max planning for $10MM inventory. Supported cross-functional efforts with Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Engineering Departments in order to maximize efficiency.
