Zach Clark is the founder and lead coach at Development & Leadership Coaching; a company dedicated to helping Christian ministries and schools create sustainable funding programs to grow their ministries and build a culture of generosity.Prior to launching Development & Leadership Coaching, Clark served as the Director of Advancement at Westminster Christian Academy, one of the nation’s largest independent Christian schools, serving 990 students in grades 7-12, located in St. Louis, Missouri. He supported a dynamic and highly effective team, sharing the responsibility for providing leadership to the overall advancement efforts of the school, including giving, communications, community and alumni relations, strategic plan implementation and a $70 million campus plan to support the vision and mission of Westminster. Clark’s expertise and skills were first honed as a fundraising and development consultant serving hundreds of Christian schools, churches and non-profit ministry organizations around the country. The blessing of working with non-profit ministry boards and leaders enables him to have a broad and deep perspective on the strategies and tactics required to be constantly improving organizations.He has a big vision to see Christian ministries raise one hundred billion cumulative dollars, becoming fully funded to fulfill their God-given visions, in this generation.Special Skills: Clark is a member of The John Maxwell Team, the world’s leading leadership development organization and he is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.
