Tranzact acquired Demand Signals, a company incubated by Three Ships, in 2016. The acquisition of Demand Signals upgraded digital capabilities at Tranzact. The Demand Signals team significantly increased traffic-to-lead yield, rebuilt 15 websites, added new lead sources, and created a unified digital marketing team based in Raleigh, NC. Based on our work, each of my direct reports received promotions or expanded responsibility within Tranzact. In 2019, Tranzact was acquired for $1.4 billion by Willis Towers Watson. -
