- Develop and maintain internal tools- Rails application for securely creating and managing credentials across multiple applications.- Service to query our issue database and manage the uptime reporting service- A large amount of small services- Manage a large linux based infrastructure with tools like Puppet and Mcollective- Utilize Jenkins and other in-house tools to deploy numerous software platforms- Bash and other tools(Rake, perl, python, ruby) to configure nodes and deploy applications- Maintaining the in-house software platform for test automation

- Identify, research and resolve technical issues and non-technical issues- Work with sales and development teams to develop standardized FAQ’s, user guides, etc.- Assist in software testing and quality assurance- Assist in the implementation of new customers on the Backstop software platform
