Pre-Sales Engineer
CurrentThe PSE supports Sales & Customer Success productivity and deal flow by providing engineering support during the pre-sales and sales process, as well as securing the “technical close” in complex solutions. Closely collaborate with the sales, customer success, support and technical teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address Stackla's customer requirements.∙ Work with potential and existing customers in a pre-sales capacity. ∙ Partner with sales/account executives & account managers to respond effectively to questions, issues and opportunities. ∙ Thoroughly respond to RFIs, RFPs in a timely manner and with high technical competency. ∙ Conduct in-depth functional evaluations of customer requirements and business objectives and translate this to the Solution Architect. ∙ Interface with the services team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Services. ∙ Develop compelling custom demonstrations to highlight product value to specific customers ∙ Identify custom solutions, collect customer requirements and business objectives and liaise/engage with the Solutions Architect to scope the work. ∙ Feedback identified opportunities / limitations of the Stackla Platform to the Product Life Cycle team. ∙ Provide technical/developer support to Stackla's internal teams where needed. ∙ Work closely with current customer's developer resource(s) to successfully implement Stackla.
