As Director of Operations, I oversee the day-to-day activities of the organization, ensuring that it is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. Along with the Administration Division, I support the Senior-level staff in developing and implementing programs, projects, and plans for the benefit of the region and member agencies.I also serve as the Director of Community Development for MACOG. In this role, I am responsible to plan and administer the projects and programs to further our work in Community Development throughout the MACOG region. We work with local communities to create comprehensive plans, apply for and administer grants, and other technical services to assist local governments.
