About Zach Eischen
Whether it be my time as a captain on the seas, or navigating through the SaaS world, I've always been passionate about my clients and putting their needs above all else. I've found how much a role can be filled with meaning and sustenance when the abilities to listen above speaking and finding solutions to problems are one's heading through their career. These have been at the forefront of mine and will stick with me as I continue to grow personally and professionally.Completing my Bachelor's degree at San Diego State University with a specialization in Business Management is where my story begins. Of all the books and case studies I examined during my time at SDSU, it was actually something my Creativity & Innovation professor said that has stuck with me the most. "The most valued skill on this Earth is twofold. First, you need to master the skill of identifying problems. Second, you need to master the skill of solving them - and in that order" (Bernhardt Schroeder). Living by this philosophy has helped me find success early in my career and helped me promote quickly within the organizations I've been a part of. I like to call it a value-add approach to life and whether it be with charter guests on a yacht to closing six-figure deals in the SaaS world, this method has brought me success and, most importantly, happiness in my dealings. To bring me into your organization means many things. As a seasoned Account Executive, I bring tenacity, ambition, and drive to the team. I enjoy being in a competitive environment in which the great players all compete, but also rise each other to new heights.
