My responsibilities as a Meat Cutter at Woods' Grocery were very diverse. During morning shifts I was in charge of assessing the very large amount of meat orders for the various types of customers, which included anywhere from restaurants to the regular consumer. After prioritizing the orders, began the cutting and trimming of various meats for the orders. The afternoon shift was more along the lines of customer service. Duties included but were not limited to answering the phone, servicing customers in need of our diverse product line, and assuring that the customers always walked away with what they needed and a smile on their face.
