CurrentReporting directly to CEO, President, and Vice President. As a key member of senior leadership, responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting functions. Financial management duties include:-Production of financial reports, financial analysis, banking & covenant compliance, billings, collections, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and multi-year business plans-Provide financial guidance and insights to all business partners including executive management team, sales team, project managers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing Manager, Inventory Manager, and Human Resources- Manage, oversee, and review work completed by accounts receivable and accounts payable teams, as well as, other office staff.-Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit of financial statements, collateral examinations, and inventory valuations-Maintain and monitor internal controls, and compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings-Implement, control and analyze payroll, bonus payout, and sales commission compensation
