Responsible for designing the go-to-market strategy & execution of new product launches including Food Delivery and Card Linked (voucherless) Deals.

Designed, built and and managed Groupon’s Merchant Services department. Grew/scaled the org from fewer than 20 Account Managers to more than 200. Responsible for the onboarding, cross/up-sell, and retention of 100,000+ North American merchant partners
