I used data analytics to guide a fantastic team of 10 individuals in the distribution of on average $3.5 million dollars of rent assistance weekly.Leveraging tools like Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, SQL (Snowflake) and Python, I created efficient processes that reduced the time spent on each application and increased efficiency across departments.
