Worked at a polyethylene production plant in Plaquemine LA, where I developed real-time process graphics, helped install nitrogen gas for shell-side blowback of glycol water in heat exchangers, wrote ethylene-recovery resource documents.Conducted industrial research for Dow Biocides in Midland, Michigan by analyzing product off-spec coloration due to biocide additives. I then developed a formulation strategy with high throughput compound screening for biocide stabilization.At the Chlorpyridines plant in Pittsburg California I worked on multiple plant improvement projects: steam-vent reroute, pump replacement, seismic anchorage, two-phase chute design, crystallizer optimization, Layers of Protection Analysis Tool, etc.
