FSP, regionally-based CRA with particular interest in oncology & ophthalmology.

• Managed 12 clinical trials (including an IIT) with over 150 study participants, including data entry, consenting potential patients, subject enrollment & compliance, startup and closeout, and sponsor communication.  • Employed as the first GI oncology CRC without prior experience & increased the GI team's cumulative clinical trial enrollment by over 200% in last 15 months.  • Maintained an overall +98% patient retention and visit compliance rate.  • Worked closely with 6 GI oncologists, 2 PAs, 3 NPs, a variety of clinic and research nurses, & leadership to ensure a cohesive and productive environment.  • Worked closely with the Director of Operations on clinical quality initiatives, including quality and compliance reports, process improvement projects, and student and observer visits.  • Proficient in EPIC navigation including, but not limited to: scheduling patient appointments in lab, clinic & infusion, routing lab/imaging/procedural orders to providers, appropriately documenting research related tasks, & communicating with other hospitals via CareEverywhere.  • Familiar with all the nuances of clinical trial phases (I-IV)& the significance of each phase.  • Primary coordinator of a randomized IIT enrolling colorectal cancer patients and treating them with a combination therapy of Bevacizumab, Pembrolizumab & Binimetinib. 

• Demonstrated proper dissection practices to over 50 Occupational Therapy students.  • Prosected cadavers to illustrate the anatomical structures that the students would be tasked for finding.  • Responsible for tagging, proctoring, & grading the anatomy practicums. 

• Taught several sections of Physics, Physical Science & Oral Communications to high school students.  • Initiated & managed an after-school tutoring program to encourage productive study habits & provide additional academic support in the Boys Division.  • Participated in extracurricular activities such as leading the Kairos Retreat & coaching soccer. 

• Supervised more than 150 attendees participate in their daily activities.  • Maintained proper cabin decorum for 14 nine & ten-year-old boys with 3 other counselors. 
