I set the vision for how technology can transform Health Leads, led the team to make it happen, and enabled our 1,000 users to be successful. My biggest accomplishment was building Health Leads Reach, our revolutionary electronic medical record for social needs. I led the design.

I designed a new product for an e-learning company to improve adoption of their tools, evaluated the impact of an after-school mentoring program, optimized business processes for a tutoring nonprofit as it grew to scale, and supported a healthcare organization's rollout of their electronic medical record.
