In this role, I have the opportunity to grow my leadership skills as I am guiding my own team to success. I am able to grow my team building and communication daily, as I am relied upon by the team. I am able to compete daily, as it requires constant effort to improve day in and day out individually and as a team, as a group of people are focused solely on one goal.

In this role, I had the opportunity to analyze client funds and rebalance as well as pick new funds through a screening process. I met and talked too many different wholesalers as the discussion involved market overview and retail product choice. I also gained in depth experience within excel.

In this role, I had the opportunity to interact with customers within the store and grow my communication and sales skills.
