As a Promotions Coordinator my main goal is to expose the lounge in the way we want the public to view it. Outside the lounge I am always talking to people who want to work for us, creating ideas for events, talking with the public about our venue, bringing first timers from outside of the Bay Area, come up with ideas for their promotions as we do hire out "promoters" for our nightly event, & mainly making sure that the public knows what going on. Inside I take care of our VIPs, chat with people, make sure everyone gets what they need & just mainly help with day to day functions. Think of my as a 24 hr "liaison" for Infusion Lounge.

Responsible for many facets of the business both seen and unseen by the general public. I am in constant communication with VIP guests through direct email from website, phone calls and social media networks. I would manage a team of 5-10 service representatives that are trained in sales and customer service. On event day & nights I am responsible for running a VIP program that consists of 200 patrons amongst 20 VIP tables in a 500+ person venue. I make sure each individual's expectations are met with the level of service and experience I have been able to provide. My goal is to attract and retain 100% of the customers that book VIP services with me. In addition I am in charge of new business development programs that I have set in place through networking events and concierges services through the large network of people I know.

I was the Assistant Manager running day to day operations. I was also the buyer for Men's clothing & all Men's hard & soft goods for surfing & snowboarding. I would attend all the trade shows & also get to test out new hard goods products from the manufactures.
