Project: PUB Sewerage Pipeline Construction- Responsible for assisting the client, SO & SOR in the supervision of daily site activities.- Oversaw the advance works, construction of shaft, pipejacking (300-2500mm diameter) and manhole construction.- Ensure construction works according to specifications, drawings and authorities’ regulations.- Verify and review claims accuracy and submission for work completed.- Review documents and ensure compliance on site.- Ensure that civil and related works are constructed according to specifications, drawings and BCA regulations with the assistance of a RTO.

Project: TEL MRT Tunnel- Assisting QP(S), QP(Geo) and SRE in the supervision of daily site activities- Construction of 2 Bored Tunnels of around 3000m in total with EPB TBM and 3 Cross Passages by NATM - Monitoring of instrumentation for surrounding buildings and structures along tunnel drive- Reviewing documents such as Method Statements, Risk Assessment and Safe Working Procedures and ensure they are adhered to on site- Ensure tunnel works are constructed according to specifications, drawings and BCA regulations with the assistance of a team of RTOs- Liaise with Client and Main Contractor regarding daily activities on site- Preparation and reviewing reports for all activities accordingly

Project: TEL MRT Station & Tunnel- Managed the tunneling operations using the Slurry TBM, Earth Pressure TBM and Micro TBM. - Oversaw the construction of cross passage using the New Austrian Tunneling Method (NATM) between adjacent tunnels - Coordinate and resolve issues on site faced by different aspects of engineering works.- Supervise, inspect, communicate and preparation of reports for tunneling activities on site.

- Understand multi-discipline design coordination matters.- Prepare, inspect and communication of engineering plans and specifications. - Assist in research work required for tendering for potential projects. - Contribution to report and proposal preparations for tendering contracts and other company duties as directed

-Tutor students who needed help academically and financially-Identify strengths and weaknesses of each student -Customized teaching materials to the needs of students and prepared lesson plan accordingly

- Undertake access control and security coverage at the assigned area.- Escort of contractors as assigned.- Conduct screening and regular security checks to ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed entry into assigned area and check for prohibited items.

- Process and handling guest arrivals and departures.- Coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals.- Advise and assist guest while maintaining the highest service standards in the 6 star establishment.

- Assist with the hiring and screening of potential employees for the company.- Prepare the necessary paperwork and documents required for employees- Assist with the application of visas, work permit and employment passes for foreign employees.
