Responsible for running the catering program. Received catering orders, answered questions from potential catering clients, determined the client’s needs, saw orders completed correctly, and organizing information for the kitchen staff. Streamlined flow of information to the kitchen to lessen room for miscommunication and error. Responsible for the restaurant’s emails as well as ensuring closing reports were done correctly through changes in procedure.

Responsible for sound effects in show featuring many rhinoceroses "offstage." Sounds ranged from original effects (rhinoceroses singing) to stock sounds. Worked closely with director to ensure cohesion with her vision and with the set designer in placement of sound hardware onstage.

Negotiated the living arrangements for 70-plus members of a student-run operetta company before the rehearsal process, acted as a mediator for personal conflicts, implemented morale and health sustaining programs, as well as designing and running a highly successful incentive program for on-time arrival to rehearsal and "above and beyond" behavior. Worked closely with the Stage Manager on matters related to performer well-being, discipline and facilities use.
