Co-Founder and CTO of the venture-backed NYC startup SelfMade.Together with the CEO, I helped raise over $11mm, grew the team to over 100 in three locations, and grew the business into a multi-million dollar ARR company.Responsible for all of product, engineering, and (at times) operations.Prior to starting SelfMade, I founded and built the photo-sharing app Camera Club, whose technology SelfMade acquired (2015).

I ran the Google Sheets team for the majority of my Google tenure. During that time we re-wrote the entire application to make it offline-capable, faster, and more feature-rich, growing usage by over 40x. Prior to departing Google to start my own company, I was the overall tech-lead on the Google Docs Suite, where I guided the technical direction and architecture on the three Docs editors, helping lead a team of 100+ engineers. When I departed I was a Principal engineer.I have about 10 patents from my time at Google.Projects I led were twice recognized as company-wide top engineering achievements.

Lead engineer for one of the leading car rental portals, which was acquired by Expedia.

Attended Yale Law for one year before realizing law was absolutely the wrong direction for me. Left early and got back into tech.

First class MSc in Philosophy of Science. Thesis was on the potential use of Bayes theorem in a legal setting.

Worked on the space interferometry mission doing matlab analysis for the metrology portion of the project.

Three time intern at Amazon.com. Worked on various marketplace systems.
