I was hired to lead the graphics department of a new printing lab at JTB. This lab included 4 industrial flatbed UV printers, various printing substrates and computer systems for controlling temperature/humidity/etc. My primary responsibilites included managing the use of the printers, colormatching substrates and creating an organized database for all available materials. The new database and file naming convention I created greatly streamlined our printing process, which was unique in its requirements: Different substrates required different curing times, necessitating custom color profiles for each type of material. I worked with the engineering team to create various custom veneers for our clients, which we then printed in the lab. As our output increased, I managed multiple part-time employees who were tasked with loading/unloading our printers.

Taught English to 900 students spread across 16 classes. Tasked with creating a curriculum using ESL practices and techniques. Used the Microsoft Office Suite extensively in this role, creating Word documents and Powerpoint presentations for the students as well as Excel for our curriculum.

A work study position at Full Sail. I created assets for games being developed in the game design program. After being promoted to senior artist, I assisted new applicants and contributed to design meetings.

During my time here, I worked with Umbraco to create websites for several clients. My major contributions were the design elements of the Tupelo Community Development Foundation website.
