Current- Serve on a cross-functional implementation team to execute a Google to Microsoft transition for 900+ users, balancing multiple priorities including: developing communication strategy and messaging; designing and delivering training; and managing feedback mechanisms and user troubleshooting. Provide in-house knowledge management and general SharePoint/Teams support to professionals across the firm.- Serve on a cross-functional implementation team for the firmwide adoption of a Professional Services Automation (PSA) software, balancing multiple priorities including: system and feature testing; data cleanup and verification; creation and delivery of user guides, video tutorials, and live training sessions; and firmwide communications. Responsible for system administration, information management, maintenance, and user support, and ongoing training.- Capture and organize critical subcontractor data to track progress on supplier diversity goals, to comply with federal reporting requirements, and to identify gaps and opportunities to develop partnerships with small and diverse business partners.- Oversee the hardware transfer process for onboarding professionals, select project teams, and malfunctioning equipment, including tracking, shipping, and logistics. Collaborate with IT and HR departments to develop onboarding/offboarding procedures (ticketing system, internal guides) for firm-issued hardware and software.- Created an Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) for a nonprofit organization. Incorporated in-person and virtual vision development workshops, site assessments, document review, and industry best practices to deliver the organization’s first ever formal plan for emergency preparedness and response.- Support varying needs of proposal development and project teams for compliance with client requirements, including creating tailored staff resumes and developing subcontractor agreements.
