This was a role where I had to learn a different side of the business: Safety & Industrial. The learning allowed me to be a great teacher and coach once again.Creative Solutions: My role as a Target Market Leader lets me use my creativity to craft the message for a larger audience. While still helping our sales professionals find success, I am also helping our customers understand their needs and find the solutions we can provide!People and Business Leader: As a Director of Sales, I was presented with the unique opportunity to lead a team and build the business from the ground up. Beyond the human element, that meant creating the product specs and the marketing and training pieces to go along with it – everything to make the sales professionals more successful!
