Whether producing as an individual or contributing to the success of the team, my intent is to approach challenges as opportunities for growth. I do so by advancing towards solutions deliberately and with a sense of urgency. In both my professional and personal life, I have found that by employing a strategy of tact, and remaining receptive to different perspectives a long-term and effective solution is often the result.I also pride myself in building lasting relationships structured upon the principles of communication, transparency, attention to detail, and responsiveness. I've found that a relationship built on these principles is ultimately stronger due to the rapport and trust built through the interaction. Professionally, I am interested in positioning myself in an environment where I can continue to learn, growing both my knowledge base and skill sets. I am excited by the unique opportunities business development presents and see myself engaged with that space and the sales operations space as the focal point of my career. In my personal time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and seizing the day. Whether it be challenging myself on the mountain, problem-solving on the river, or exploring single-track on my bike, I love to get outside and be active!
