Mechanized Infantry Platoon Leader-Oversaw and controlled property management and personally accountable for $14 million worth of equipment and vehicles with zero losses of equipment and personnel.-Facilitated more than 10 field training exercises; achieved the highest Section score in the Company for our collective qualification exercise. -Trained, developed, and mentored 30 employees to include 4 supervisors; promoted 6 supervisors to the next highest rank through leadership development and mentorship.-Managed the health, welfare, financial readiness and safety of the entire department; maintained an operational readiness rate of 92% for personnel and equipment; exceeded the Army standard of 90% operational readiness rate.-Produced and designed more than 20 projects and operations to include deliberate risk assessments for all operations; planned and created a project to increase our qualified personnel from 1 to 18 throughout the company.
