About Zach Pfinsgraff

I have a proven track record of driving growth by solving large operational and strategic challenges. At Deloitte Consulting and McMaster Carr, I learned to be an athlete. My roles included managing projects and teams across corporate strategy, product development, sales, ecommerce, marketing, distribution center operations, technology, and human resources. That prepared me to lead business transformation teams at private equity-backed Blue Raven Solar (residential home services) and American Equipment (b2b field services/industrial distribution). Through improved processes and technology we unlocked new stages of growth and increased enterprise value. These experiences draw me towards fast-paced environments where I can move between functional areas and create value by solving the largest problems. Whenever possible, I love spending time outdoors with my wife, Mali, and kids, Boone and Charlotte. We enjoy hiking, biking, golf and skiing.
