That prepared me to lead business transformation teams at private equity-backed Blue Raven Solar (residential home services) and American Equipment (b2b field services/industrial distribution). Through improved processes and technology we unlocked new stages of growth and increased enterprise value. These experiences draw me towards fast-paced environments where I can move between functional areas and create value by solving the largest problems. Whenever possible, I love spending time outdoors with my wife, Mali, and kids, Boone and Charlotte. We enjoy hiking, biking, golf and skiing.
