Leads the development and maintenance of all field resources for the Community Liaison team. Orchestrates key HIV events for cross-functional engagement and alignment across the organization. Supports branded, unbranded, and above-brand marketing portfolio. Maintains and develops new field systems to enhance mapping, prioritization, and impact.

A key contributor on a fast-paced, national consumer marketing team representing the #1 treatment for HIV. Responsible for developing insights, brand management, and execution excellence to reach and engage people living with HIV to both drive urgency to start treatment and stay engaged in care.

Oversees federal and state funding for HIV Prevention. Manages HIV technical assistance and capacity building program, Counseling-Testing-Referral training, HIV testing in key populations, PrEP and PEP programs, HIV Prevention education, and Linkage to Care database and coordination.

Collaborates across NASTAD’s Domestic Programs portfolio to advance technical assistance, capacity building, program development and evaluation. Facilitates intensive and ongoing technical assistance, primarily focusing on implementing high impact prevention activities across the HIV continuum.

Empowerment Evaluation of Social Justice Programming funded by the CDC, specifically the DELTA FOCUS program, an effort to build capacity for primary prevention of Intimate Partner Violence.Engage in State and Local level Capacity Building: -Evaluation research work that supports planning, implementing, evaluating, and sustaining a State Action Plan in accordance with CDC.-Assist funded sub-grantees in planning, implementing, evaluating and sustaining Community -Action Plans (CAP) through completing literature and research reviews, summaries and offering support in understanding the evidence base for the CAPS.-Assist with the evaluability assessment and creation of an evaluation plan for CAP and SAP completed within the time-frames established and negotiated with CDC.-Developing training and technical assistance protocols throughout the project period.-Assist in developing data collection protocols and conducting data analysis as requested/needed to support capacity development
