Responsible for generating demand from foreign trade suppliers in China mainland, and dedicated to advertising, content marketing, build marketing platforms like website/ events system/ mini apps, external cooperations.

Responsible for marketing promotion of LinkedIn Talent Solution (LTS) in China. With the strategy of leads generation & cooperation, to make LinkedIn become talent managers' best partner.And I'm also in charge of Digital Strategy & Operations (DSO) team in China. Build the digital strategy (EDM/SEM/Social Media etc) and business partnership with both 2B marketing/ 2C marketing/ PR team/ Product team in China or other regions, and target to enhance the business impact via digital campaigns.

1.参与公司营销战略的制定，根据公司战略确定公司的品牌定位，并制定配套的市场策略与营销方案，整合和协调公司内部产品开发及营销资源予以配合。2.整合外部资源，通过各类资源的交换，在控制市场成本的同时与媒体、渠道、同业机构及各类赢利/非赢利组织合作开展多赢的品牌宣传及销售推广活动。3.分析市场动态、信息与数据，为有效实施市场营销措施提供支持。4.维护公司品牌形象，制定公司品牌形象规范，对公司的VI、网站、对外文稿、公司官方信息、公司形象展示等进行监督、控制和适当调整。

1.通过各种渠道获取客户名单，并交付销售部门。2.与媒体及各商会、行业协会合作，策划、组织、执行并汇报总结各种宣传及推广活动。3.收集市场信息，了解竞争对手动向，提供市场分析数据，更新公司内部知识管理系统的相关信息。 设计产品/服务的促销及推广方案，提出市场拓展战略建议。4.赢利/非赢利合作项目的开发。 赞助商、会议第三方、同业合作伙伴等外部资源的开发与整合。5.公关项目开发（如政府关系协调），行业政策与法规参与与制定，企业公众形象设计与宣传、CI 设计等。 广告宣传材料的设计、更新、完善和制作。
