Zach Richards is an Award Winning Author and Founder of the Australian College of Law and Justice (The ACLJ) - empowering diverse and ambitious law students to flourish with Integrity, Inclusiveness and Innovation.Prior to Founding The Australian College of Law and Justice Dr Richards lectured, developed, coordinated and co-coordinated 15 law units (LLB, JD & LLM) over a decade at some excellent universities in Australia and the UK. He was awarded the UK Administrative Justice Institute Prize for Outstanding Contribution to Administrative Justice Scholarship and has presented his award winning research at numerous conferences, including as an invited speaker at the University of Oxford. He has also practised as a commercial litigation lawyer, legal researcher at the Supreme Court NSW and policy advisor at the Australian Federal Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship via a University of Sydney Australian Research Council Linkage Grant.In 2019 Dr Richards published Responsive Legality with Routledge (Oxford; New York), available in leading bookstores and university law libraries globally and classified as an authoritative text in the High Court of Australia Library. He has contributed to diverse management boards and leadership teams, including recruiting and managing a team of 20 in establishing The ACLJ & leading a 4 year Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency accreditation project, and exercised his passion for public speaking at numerous community and educational events.
