I failed forward when a business partner recruited me to run Sales and Application Engineering at Forsta. In this role, I innovated the business model from encrypted enterprise chat to a developer platform for building encrypted messaging into existing applications.- Led a cross-functional team of engineers, marketers, and analysts that brought to market an embedded live chat solution built on Forsta’s end-to-end encrypted platform.- Demonstrated the product and platform to prospective customers, as well as authored developer guides and related material to accelerate client adoption.- Built a new corporate website and developer portal to align with Forsta’s positioning as a platform for building and integrating encrypted messaging applications.
