I worked as a computing specialist in the BYU OIT Technology Support Center. I have aided thousands of users with learning how to use and solving problems with the software and websites that BYU provides to students and faculty. I have also helped to teach and guide new employees as a senior analyst as well as manage the workforce and coordinate efforts during outages and high priority incidents as a student supervisor.
