Was able to reduce month end close by 10 days and established a monthly financial presentation to the Board, developed rolling 12 month forecast with cost centers to analyze profitability to budget monthly allowing for more effective sales and operating decisions which led to the elimination of a high cost service, implemented credit policies and procedures improving past due receivables by 28% in less than 6 months, created cash flow projection which enabled Company secure additional financing critical to continuing operations, and achieved balance sheet credibility by establishing accounting policies and procedures for domestic and international business ventures.
