•Configure and maintain the system specifications, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Reporting modules.•Implement new features and functionalities, staying up to date with system. •Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.•Provide support and training to HR and end-users on functionalities and best practices.•Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HRIS workflows.•Lead HRIS projects, system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.•Develop and document HRIS processes, procedures, and training materials.•Manage full-cycle, multi-state bi-weekly US and Canada payroll processing including earnings, commissions, bonuses, taxes, benefit deductions, and garnishments. •Develop payroll controls to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. •Conduct payroll audits, ensuring data integrity, overall payroll accuracy and compliance with US and international government regulations and Company policies. •Partners with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and adherence to Company policies and procedures. •Research and implement Payroll system and process improvements to reduce error, increase efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
