Shakespeare once said "All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players." For the past ten years one part I've "played" has been a variety of customer service jobs. Through these positions I've realized the joy of working as part of a team for a common purpose. I love writing, learning new skills, organizing, public speaking, and long walks on the beach. Oh, and I have a good sense of humor.
