Managed content production for the multimedia department including photos, videos, illustrations and podcasts. Edited content for AP and State Press style and fact checks. –Led the podcast move onto Spotify and Apple Podcasts, setting up independent RSS feed instead of relying on a service. –Streamlined multimedia workflow and communication with reporters through an updated system to request multimedia for stories. –Moved photo essays onto a more visual friendly format with Adobe Spark. *Lead the department as acting multimedia director in the director's absence in the fall.

Helped produce Gaslit, an award winning national investigation into flaring and venting across the United States. I focused on Colorado regulations, analyzed state-level data in R and produced multiple web elements, including an interactive map of the U.S. that details the relevant data and regulations for each state.This project won the Society of Environmental Journalist Outstanding Student Reporting Award

Produced illustrations for stories under the News21 project "Unmasking America."

Focused on how COVID-19 had a disproportionate impact on the mental health resources of communities across the U.S. as part of a national investigation. Lead writer and helped film and source the accompanying video. I also produced illustrations for other stories.
