Expertise:Over the past 10 years, I’ve been heavily involved with 50+ projects at Edgerton. My role has expanded from learning Trimble Business Center to generate Accurate, Precise, and Smooth (keep blade chatter down) design files. I now utilize Site Cut/Fill Maps, Project Staging principles, historical Earthflow Analysis knowledge, and Construction Material Property background to help steer the project management team and field personnel on track towards a successful overall project. I excel in seeking out and evaluating opportunities to better the Owner and Edgerton’s position on a given project (CRI’s, waste and dump sites, thinking outside the box, etc.). Relevant Project Experience:I-43 URT Capitol to Hampton Currently tasked with the reconstruct and rehabilitation of bridges and roadway sections along I-43 from Capitol Drive to just north of Hampton Avenue in Milwaukee County. My role is to provide field GPS designs while proposing limited traffic switches and identifying Cost Reduction Incentives through iterative design to lower the financial burden on WisDOT.CTH KR4 lane expansion of 1.85 miles of road. Developed and monitored earthflow to efficiently move 365,000 CY of material past Canadian Pacific Railroad & Union Pacific Railroad crossings and the new pike river bridge. Needed to account for 30,000 CY surcharge material becoming available towards the completion of the project. Zoo Interchange Core ISpent 3 years onsite generating interim grading designs to move 937,400 CY of material, find utility issues prior to installation, staging 22 retaining walls, creating crane & drilling access, and solving traffic staging issues.Lake Park VistaFormer heavy industrial site turned into a community park. Contaminated site that required extensive coordination to limit exposing existing contaminates and capping the remainder of the site for a park and future residential development.

Planning:• Develop an initial work plan for the project with the project team. • Examples of information supplied to project team members:- Site Cut/Fill Maps- Project Staging- Earthflow Analysis- Survey Documentation Requirements • Continuously communicate the project plan with Project Supervisor / PM and update throughout the project life cycle.Operations:• Organize, plan, communicate, and monitor the implementation of GPS Designs to the field.• Track project quantities for production, closeout, and payment.• Communicate the project progress with the operations manager, general superintendent, crews, and upper management during the construction process.• Mentor younger project managers and project staff.• Seeks out and evaluates opportunities to better Edgerton’s position on a given project (CRI’s, waste and dump sites, thinking outside the box, etc.)GPS:• Utilize Trimble Business Center, Trimble GPS Machine Control – GCS 900 and Earthworks on Grader, Dozer, and Backhoe.• Construction layout and documentation survey using GPS rover and total station.• Grading Models: Accurate & Precise, Smooth (keep blade chatter down), clear.• Support heavy equipment operators to use GPS tools to the fullest advantage.

• Prepared Grading, Erosion Control, Utility, and Storm Water Management Plans for Zilber Ltd. development, The Brewery at the historic Pabst Brewery in Downtown Milwaukee.• Worked directly as Lead Engineer’s assistant

• Monitored the reconstruction of Fairmount Avenue in Whitefish Bay, WI. • Responsible for daily inspector reports and being Project Engineer’s contact on site.

• Worked in the testing division analyzing construction materials for I-94 North-South Freeway Project

• Prepared ALTA/ACSM, Plat of Surveys, Topographic, and Condo Plat’s.• Administered daily interaction between office and field crews.
