• Track financials for the Real Estate, Information Technology, Engineering, and Support Services (RITES) team on the National Airspace System (NAS) Integration Support Contract (NISC) with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).o Work directly with Leidos Task Order Managers (TOMs) and our FAA customers to track all things funding for over 200 employees and subcontractors for 30 different task orders totaling over $30,000,000.o Job responsibilities include submitting and presenting weekly and monthly financial status reports to the FAA Customer, maintaining and updating complex excel financial trackers, approving labor and expense claims, budgeting and revising estimates, calculating and projecting employee burn rates, representing the RITES team during portfolio meetings, and responding to TOM and FAA ad hoc requests.o In charge of training new analysts joining the team and oversee the day to day activities and work products for two analysts on my team.

• Lead consultant for the Civilian Pay and Transportation of Things work streams. Responsible for planning and executing Business Process Standardization (BPS) and internal controls support of the Army Security Assistance Account (SAA) audit. Work stream responsibilities includes:o Documenting “as-is” and “to be” state of business processes in the form of process maps and narrativeso Conducting gap analysis/risk and control matrices to identify financial reporting risks and internal controlso Developing procedures for and testing internal controls (Test of Design and Test of Operating Effectiveness)o Development of self-identified deficiencies (SIDs) for failed controlso Responsible for leading a team, day-to-day communication with the client, coordinating meetings and discussions with over 30 organizations, and assigning and reviewing work of my team.• Assisted the Office of Transit Safety and Oversight (TSO) with the analysis, development and implementation of policy, processes and procedures in support of a risk informed model for safety oversight, specifically for internal management of significant safety issues. o Conducted interviews with TSO-10 Stakeholders to create an up-to-date process inventory that will be used to ensure that TSO-10’s processes align with TSO’s strategic plan.o Used the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provided by the Safety Training and Promotion team to update their coinciding process maps.o Created an agenda and supplemental materials for the TSO-10 strategic offsite.• Provided project management and financial reporting support to help the Office of Financial Management (OFM) meet the tight schedules and requirements associated with its year-end audit and Annual Financial Report (AFR).
