Handling all disputes, maintenance, rental collection and many more.In charge of overseeing & running the entire business. Bringing in a total of RM6million revenue in renovation sales, managing over 300 properties and over 600 rooms with 70-80% occupancy despite Covid lockdown.Notable task include,Design and cost planning for bulk renovations, overseeing and managing bulk renovations, setting up property management system ( automation ), oversee day to day tenant management operations, monitoring accounting and bookeeping.

Co-founded Prophunter.asia with the intention to build a 24/7 ONLINE PROPERTY EXPO. With only a pitch deck and a track record with PARKEASY. I went on and pitch my way to CRADLE FUND CIP-150, awarded RM150k for pre-commercialization and development of the website. Prophunter.asia is also one of the 30 cohorts for the MAGIC Accelarator programme for SEA.Recruited 2 tech partner to jointly build the website and oversee the operations, marketing & experience flow chart for the website.Sensing a huge gap of information for affordable housing built by the public sector, officially launching the website as the official online media partner with RUMAWIP, & Rumah Selangorku. Working side by side with Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS) & Ministry of Housing and Local Government to provide updated data and info on their affordable housing launches around Klang Valley.Unable to raise a seed round after numerous discussion with VC and forced to close the project.

Exited the food business and reinvested all the proceeds for 20% equity into a Parking startup app via mutual invitation. Assisted the startup as the Head of Business for 1 year.Using only a MVP, secured 2 letter of intent from 2 shopping malls ( Publika KL, IOI City Mall ) to beta test the app. Using only the letter of intent, pitch my way to a RM250k goverment grant from MDEC & Platcom Ventures. Also received a RM50k investment from local VC - LEET VENTURES.Left the temporary position once a CEO was recruited by the VC and it went on to receive a RM1.5million investment from PNB.Exited the company after newly appointed CEO offered to buy my portion of the shares.Parkeasy is now accquired by SHELL group.

Ventured into own food business, selling authentic Terrenganu Nasi Kukus Ayam Goreng Berempah.Manage the training and hiring of staff for central kitchen, set up a systematic SOP to ensure consistency in taste for our 3 locations.At peak, running 2 locations at Sunway and 1 location inside Midvalley KL.Exited the business to a serial F&B operator after 1 year as the reward effort ratio was not appealing.

Joined IQI Realty as a Real Estate Negotiator, dealing with secondary properties focusing in Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya & PuchongClimb the ranks to be Head of Sales of Puchong, in charge of training and managing agents for their Puchong locality.Oversee entire operations and expenses of the Puchong branch.
