That was different. (Pun intended) This is where I grew into an employee and into an adult. The experience I gained at Apple has been invaluable to the rest of my career. I learned how to sell, I learned that selling isn't always selling, that the customer is the most valuable part, not their wallet. So many things we did at Apple was subliminal, talking a customer out of a large purchase to find a product that fit them better, sitting down with a customer that was struggling with a feature, helping an older woman find voicemails of her deceased husband, the list is endless. Apple cares about people.After I joined I quickly realized that my favorite part of the business was hands on with the products. I learned to be meticulous about product placement, whether that was with marketing or a window display. Some of my fondest memories are with Apple retail. Some of my favorite moments at Apple: Opening the Sarasota store Opening the new Florida Mall store Leading the visual teams on overnights in preparation of a new product launch. Maintaining a high NPS(Net Promoter Score) and providing the best customer service in each interaction I had.
