• Interned with Data and Analytics - Data Science team to execute exploratory analysis on projects that would then be turned into production data models• Used SQL and RStudio to analyze demand deposit and money market account transactions between Huntington customers and other financial institutions to better understand attrition predictors• Utilized RStudio to analyze and compare different Huntington debit cards and whether households that held an affinity debit card used them more frequently than other specific debit cards• Compared household’s with and without investment products in order to understand household behaviors regarding retention, account usage and money spent• Worked with ten interns to create recommendations for Huntington Bank regarding their intern hiring process and presented finding to Executive Leadership Team • Lead analytics team during project, analyzed available data from past interns and created surveys to gather detailed data from current interns • Coordinated several weekly meetings with intern team and full-time Colleagues to discuss current state of the project and possible solutions for hiring process• Made several presentations on findings to leadership and peers during this internship
