As Funding Legal Counsel, I advised the company on all legal related funding matters ranging from the raising funds from institutional and private investors for the disbursement of student loans, to debt and equity fund raising for the operational capital.

BG Holdings and its related companies operate in the commodity industry in South Africa where it partners with mineral rights holders by providing the necessary plant, funding and expertise to advance projects and separately rents out processing and earthmoving equipment.
