Lead a team of analysts to use data science and machine learning in Python to support BGV Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Resort Operations business needs. Work along side analysis team creating informative dashboards using Tableau to provide individual marketing programs insight into their efforts and the results. Prioritize data initiatives enterprise wide for all departments and provide guidance to Information Technology on what to work on, when to work on it, and provide insight and support to back end development. Provide analytic support towards revenue and expense budgets for Sales/Marketing and Resort Operations. Design and test SQL queries and extracts to obtain a single source of truth which can then be used enterprise wide to gain further business insight though data science and analytics.

Use data science and machine learning in Python to predict if guests will show and to rank which guest will be worth the most to BGV. Create Informative Dashboards using Tableau to provide individual marketing programs insight into their efforts and the results. Support Sales and Marketing teams with insight into historic performance and use this insight to create future annual revenue budgets by forecasting future Tours and Volume Per Guest. Design and test SQL queries for Sales and Marketing to answer new questions using old data.

Maintained Aquatic Facilities as CPO. Troubleshooted, fixed, and replaced 120 and 240 volt electric systems.

Repaired and tuned ski and snowboards using advanced Montana equipment using skills acquired during my snowboarding career. Interacted with customers and informed them on appropriate retail decisions as well as tuning advice.
