I have over four years of experience in managing communications, orders, invoices, and inventory for both wholesale and e-commerce customers, using various platforms and tools such as Shopify, QuickBooks, Ship Station, Pirate Ship, Hub Spot and Google Suite. I also have a Data Analytics Certificate from Break Into Tech, and I am proficient in SQL and Tableau.My mission is to provide excellent customer service and support to Rival Bros Coffee's clients, while also leveraging data to optimize processes, identify opportunities, and drive growth.
