Early in my professional career I read the book Good to Great and started to become fascinated with how some businesses are able to achieve sustained greatness. I love being a CPA and Executive Team Coach because it exposes me to hundreds of successful businesses and has allowed me to get intimately involved in what makes them tick. I work closely with business owners by crafting meaningful business metrics that facilitate data-driven solutions for their business. Seamlessly integrating my abilities as a CPA and Executive Team Coach, I am able to view a business’s past, present and future through a strategic lens - truly understanding the importance of having a balance between great culture and a profitable company. Additionally, my aptitude for coaching and developing people has led me to being the head of my firm’s Talent Development Program and Executive Team Coaching business unit.At the end of the day, my goal is to help my clients build great businesses.
