I am a proud alumnus of Kings Mountain High School and hold a degree in Associate of Religion/Christian Ministries from Fruitland Baptist Bible College.My career journey started at T.H Welding, where I sharpened my skills as a Maintenance Technician. My achievements included fabricating carrier support frames and semi-truck cabs for CVG, as well as rebuilding Mechanizers to minimize maintenance downtime and costs.I embraced new challenges at Martin Marietta Aggregates, where I served as Lead Welder/Maintenance Tech. I played a crucial role in building feeder boxes with improved wear resistance and ensuring the maintenance of the Gyratory Crusher for better safety and function.I was given the opportunity to showcase my leadership skills as Administrative/Youth Pastor at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church. My responsibilities included preparing and presenting youth group plans, participating in budget meetings, and elevating my abilities to new levels.Most recently, I served as Weld and Maintenance Supervisor at CK Contractors and Developers, where I supervised welding and maintenance work, and brought operational efficiency to new heights while reducing costs.I am proud of my extensive welding and fabrication experience, as well as my maintenance and repair skills.
