With over 20-years of recruiting experience, I am a founding member at IJC-HRS STAFFING, a staffing agency that specializes in energy and renewable industries. I was the director of recruiting at Aegion energy services, where I oversaw the hiring and retention of over 2000 employees for various projects. Before that, I was a western region personnel manager at Wyatt Field Service Company, where I coordinated the staffing and training of hundreds of field personnel for refinery turnarounds and maintenance.
