Essential Duties职责描述：1、Research advanced logistics technology, explore and address potential demand, design innovated automatic solution of warehousing and transportation. 研究物流新技术，挖掘探索技术应用的潜力场景，创新仓储、配送模式；2、Evaluate feasibility of new project according to business requirements and user's demand, propose reasonable scenario, including equipment, layout, process and IT.根据业务与用户需求，进行项目可行性论证，规划设计合理的整体解决方案，包括设备、布局、流程、IT；3、Be responsible for technology part of tender assignment, evaluation of scheme and its economy. Lead the team to specify project plan. 负责项目招标任务书技术部分的编写，供应商投标方案的审核及项目成本估算与经济性分析，带领项目团队制定详细的项目方案与实施方案；4、Manage project implementation, control progress and check all milestones to keep project in time and budget, coordinate to solve any risk or problem in project.管理项目实施，控制项目进度，跟进关键里程碑按时按预算完成，及时发现并解决项目中暴露的风险与问题；5、Develop and deploy continuous improvement based on data collecting or user's feedback.挖掘收集项目运行数据及用户反馈，不断优化和改进
